Soo it's a new day and I want to share my recent project with you.
Basically I wanted to pimp my mint green shorts, that I never really wore and obviously were too good to throw or give away.
So I went to the city and looked for lace I could sew on those shorts. But I found 9€ for one meter way to expensive (sorry Karstadt :D) So I went home and searched ebay for some better prices, which did appear! This shop is amazing! -> Ebay Shop
It was pretty hard deciding what I would order but finally I purchased three meters of lace and I was really happy about my choice (:
So I began placing the lace on the shorts, making sure it looks how I wanted it to look best.
I cut out the single pices, to make sure it fits and the lace would be enough for both sides.
Then I started sewing by hand, since yet I'm too unexperienced when it comes to my sewing mashine.
The left side finished!
And then you just do the same with the other side!
Soo basically my friend told me I should do a post about our bedroom (since it looks kinda neat) so she said :D
It looks a bit like we're on a boat, but either the room is crooked or my camera skills...haha
What we did was build up a bed first, classic IKEA, but to give it a nice twist I put on maps on the wall, because my boyfriend and I love travelling ! I also made a lamp of cupcake forms, you can find loads of tutorials online! It's super easy and looks absolutely gorgeous!
My recent project was painting our bedroom table that the people that lived in the apartment before us left. It is just a white plastic table and I never really liked the look of it. So I first painted it dark grey and gave it a white finish to make it look more oldschool, put a table mat and a candle on it and there you go :)
I poorly don't have that much of a green thumb but I try hard!
Follow my blog with Bloglovin Soo Sale Time is up now everywhere ....I decided to get something for myself as well (as if I don't own too many clothes already....) I work at Zara and get to see all the clothing every day in and out. But there were two items I just couldn't stand walking by any longer but rather have them hanging in my own closet (or more clothes rail :D) Here are the two items, they should still be in stores,so if you like it, be quick!
